CK9 Baji Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using

1. General Terms & Applicability

By accessing the CK9 Baji platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms apply to the website, mobile app, and all associated services.

CK9 Baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time for failure to comply with any part of these terms. Continued use of the platform will be deemed acceptance of the most recently updated terms.

2. Account Registration & Management

Registration on CK9 Baji is free. However, you are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Accounts created with false information will be terminated and any funds held may be forfeited.

One Identity, One Account

Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, bank account, or device is not permitted. If detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on CK9 Baji are supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200
• Maximum deposit (daily): As per the defined limit
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal Processing Time: 1–24 hours
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawal
• Withdrawals can only be made to an account in your own name

There are no hidden charges on deposits. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own transfer fees – these are outside CK9's control.

What is a Wagering Requirement?

To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets.

• Each bonus has a set validity period (typically 7–30 days)
• Deposit withdrawals may be restricted while a bonus is active
• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once

If a network issue or device failure occurs during gameplay, the outcome of any active bet is saved on our servers. Upon reconnecting, you will be able to see the result of that round. In such cases, disputes are resolved by cross-referencing the user's claim with server logs.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password and never share it with anyone. Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi.

8. Limitation of Liability

CK9 Baji provides entertainment gaming services. CK9 Baji shall not be held liable for the following:

• Losses due to internet disconnection
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence
• Third-party payment delays
• Temporary Unavailability During Scheduled Maintenance

9. Account Suspension & Closure Policy

CK9 Baji may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Consequences of Violating These Terms
• If KYC verification has not been completed
• If fraud or suspicious activity is detected
• Participating in Prohibited Activities
• Users may also request to have this disabled themselves

Upon account closure, any legitimate funds will be returned; however, bonus balances will be forfeited. If the closure is due to a policy violation, the entire balance may be forfeited.
